JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - Foundation Workshop - PURCHASE LICENCE AGREEMENT

THE FOLLOWING LICENCE AGREEMENT REGULATES THE USE OF THE JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP.

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Music International Ltd. You should read the following terms and conditions carefully before downloading JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP, as your use of JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP indicates your acceptance of this Licence Agreement and Warranty.

Grant of Licence

The JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP Licence Agreement ("Licence") permits you to use one copy of the JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP on one personal computer and/or one personal MP3 player. The primary user of the computer on which the JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP is installed may make a single second copy for his or her exclusive use on a personal MP3 player.

Copyright

The JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP is owned by Music International Ltd and is protected by copyright laws in international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or a film) except that you may either (a) make one copy of JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP to single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy or redistribute in any way any content provided with JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP, except for you own authorised use.

Rights and limitations

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate or make any attempt to reproduce JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP. You may not create derivative works from JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP. You may not sublicence, rent or lease JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP. You may not assign or transfer this Licence to a third party.

Limited Warranty

Music International Ltd warrants that JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP will provide content to the licence purchaser in accordance with the description above for a period of thirty (30) days from date of receipt. Any implied warranties on JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP are limited to thirty (30) days.

No other warranties

Music International Ltd does not warrant that the content contained within JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP will meet your requirements.

No Liability for consequential damages

In no event will Music International Ltd be liable for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages, including any personal health damage out of the use or inability to use JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP even if Music International Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event of any other losses, the liability of Music International Ltd will be limited to the cost of this Licence. For avoidance of doubt, anyone unfit or with a medical condition should seek prior medical advice before utilising the content of the JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP.

Support and Maintenance

Grant of this Licence does not imply continued support or maintenance of the content of JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP by Music International Ltd.

No Variation

The terms and conditions of the Licence may not be varied without the express written consent of Music International Ltd.

Breach by Licensee

Any breach of the terms and conditions of the Licence by the licensee will result in immediate termination of the licensee's rights under this Licence. However, while a breach limits the rights of the licensee to Music International Ltd, it in no way limits the continuing obligations of the licensee with respect to this Licence. In the event of a breach, all Music International Ltd files must be returned to Music International Ltd and all traces of JANET EDWARDS POWER THROUGH VOICE - FOUNDATION WORKSHOP must be deleted from computers and/or MP3 devices owned or operated by the licensee. Categories of damages include, but are not limited to, lost profits on the part of Music International Ltd.

Applicable law

This Licence is governed by the Laws of England.
