Janet is a professional musician and has extensive experience as a performer. Her expertise is invaluable to all who work with her.
Her wealth of performances span a huge variety of musical styles from classical to rock, including the lead role in ‘Girls Were Made to Love and Kiss’ London West End, and a lead role in ‘What’s the Score’ – a rock musical, London West End. Janet continues to compose music and lyrics for her new solo performances throughout 2012.
Numerous artists who have worked with Janet have continued to achieve success and recognition in classical music, film music, jazz, rock and pop, throughout the world.
Typically, like many of Janet’s students, Leona Lewis went on to achieve enormous success. Learning to sing with Janet from age eight, she was the winner of ‘The Green Project’ showcasing her songs to the music industry in London 2003. The following year Leona won a £10,000 singing competition in London’s Leicester Square and in 2006 she won the X Factor.

Les Dennis went on from his early musical training with Janet to sing with members of The Royal Opera House Covent Garden and The City of Birmingham Symphony orchestra conducted by Martin Yates in a concert version of ‘South Pacific’. More recently his great ability and experience in musical theatre work took him on tour with Michael Ball in ‘Hairspray’
Maureen Lipman and Amanda Holden took the leading roles in ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’, Maureen still continuing a long and highly successful career in musical theatre.
Janet had the great pleasure of working with Mel C of The Spice Girls on the launch of her first highly successful solo album and also Sarah Brightman in preparation for both concerts and albums.
